WINE CELLAR ENLARGED
Lido Yacht Provisioning has increased the size of its Wine Cellar to include some of the most exclusive French wines. The organisation that operates out of the Yacht Club at the Port de Plaisance on St. Maarten now has the largest variety of New and Old wines in the Caribbean.
Red Burgundy wines such as Clos Vougeot (2003) and La Tâche (2004) from the Domaine de La Romanée Conti are recent additions. White Burgundies include the renowned Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru “Les Amoureuses” 2003 from the Domaine Amiot Servelle.
All major Champagnes are stocked, a popular vintage for the mega yacht sector being the Louis Roederer Cuvée Cristal Brut (2000).
Fresh truffles, caviar and a wide variety of fresh fish and shell food are also available from the company’s Food Hall.
